Roger LaHart
Chief Credit Officer
Roger LaHart joined Four Corners Community Bank in 2001 and has over 38 years of lending experience.
Before joining FCCB, Roger, a native of New England, was a commercial lender at Edgartown National Bank in Edgartown, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and his Master of Business Administration with emphasis in finance and accounting from Cornell University Johnson School of Management in Ithaca, New York. Roger specializes in business lending including real estate, working capital, and equipment.
As chief credit officer, he is the driving force behind FCCB’s credit culture. Roger provides oversight to, and ensures the accuracy of, the bank’s loan portfolio. He most enjoys helping build local business in the Four Corners and recently served as president of the Farmington Library Foundation board.

Clete Berens
Chief Lending Officer, Vice President
Clete Berens brings over 25 years of lending experience to Four Corners Community Bank.
Before joining FCCB in 2011, Clete was a commercial lender at Wells Fargo in Farmington and Gillette, Wyoming. Originally from Gregory, South Dakota, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. Clete is a seasoned commercial lender with commercial real estate, working capital, construction, and equipment loan experience. He enjoys working directly with business owners.
As chief lending officer, he manages FCCB’s lending department and personnel, credit administration, collections, and maintains a large working portfolio. Currently, Clete is a member of and serves as the treasurer for Four Corners HOG Chapter. He is a former Farmington Chamber of Commerce board and finance committee member.

Steve Randels
Cortez Market President
Steve Randels joined Four Corners Community Bank in 2021 with over 25 years of lending experience.
Randels, a graduate from Wichita State and Washburn Universities, earned degrees in Geology and Business Administration. Prior to arriving in Colorado, Steve started his banking career as President/CEO of banks in Kansas and Oklahoma. During this time, he has built an extensive background in commercial lending at the chief credit officer level.
As Cortez Market President, Steve looks forward to serving the needs of all community members including local businesses and agricultural producers. He is also experienced in agribusiness, and the oil and gas industries. As both a member and officer of several community-oriented organizations Steve looks forward to becoming an active member of the Cortez community. In his free time, Steve enjoys camping, fishing, and a round of golf from time to time.

Shawn Candelaria
Durango Market President
Shawn Candelaria joined Four Corners Community Bank in 2015 with over 20 years of lending experience.
Before joining FCCB, Shawn, a native of western Colorado, was market president at First Southwest Bank in Durango, Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado and attended Norwest College of Commercial Credit. As Durango market president, Shawn manages the bank’s growth and development of commercial and consumer loan relationships in the Durango market. He primarily specializes in small business and commercial lending, however he also works with consumer personal loans, construction loans, and lines of credit. He especially enjoys building relationships with his customers and helping them reach their financial goals.
Shawn is a current board member of The Hundred Club of Durango, HomesFund, and the Durango Wine Experience; he is a former board member of Trails 2000 and the United Way of Southwest Colorado. Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and nearly anything outdoors including all types of cycling, golfing, camping, skiing, and fishing.

Joshua Bollacker
Commercial Loan Officer, Assistant Vice President
Joshua Bollacker joined Four Corners Community Bank in 2014. He has over 16 years of banking experience and over 12 years of lending experience.
Before joining FCCB, Joshua was assistant vice president and commercial loan officer at Rocky Mountain Bank & Trust in Colorado Springs and Florence, Colorado. Originally from La Junta, Colorado, he received his Bachelor of Science in business and finance and his Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University, Pueblo. Joshua specializes in small business, construction, commercial, and investment real estate lending.

Brian Huffhines
Commercial Loan Officer
Brian Huffhines joined Four Corners Community Bank in 2015 with over 29 years of mortgage and consumer lending experience; he spent the last 22 years as an independent mortgage broker at Quality Financial Services Inc. along with his wife, Janice Huffhines. After growing up in Santa Fe, Brian attended California State University, Fresno and received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialty in finance; he is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
As a commercial loan officer at FCCB, Brian most enjoys using his experience and industry knowledge to help clients through the lending process, as well as explaining and matching the different loan programs with customers’ objectives and needs.
Brian and Janice have three children who are currently attending college. During their childhood, Brian coached youth basketball and baseball through the Boys and Girls Club and Farmington baseball leagues.

Janice Huffhines
Commercial Loan Officer
Janice Huffhines joined Four Corners Community Bank in 2015 with over 22 years of mortgage lending experience. Before joining FCCB, she and her husband, Brian Huffhines, co-owned Quality Financial Services, Inc., a local mortgage broker company, for over twenty years. They built their business on a foundation of superior customer service and strong business relationships; Janice looks forward to providing the same level of service at Four Corners Community Bank.
Before making Farmington her home, Janice spent most of her childhood in California, moving every three years due to her father’s military service. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from California State University, Fresno. She also holds a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license and specializes in conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. As an FCCB commercial loan officer, Janice facilitates the bank’s business and consumer loans.
Janice enjoys helping her clients through the lending process. As the commercial lending industry has become more complex than ever before, she keeps her customers informed and up-to-date as the loan progresses; she strives to make the process as simple as possible and explains the available options that a borrower would qualify for. Janice and Brian have three children who are now attending college; while they were in high school, Janice served as treasurer and board member of the Booster Club from 2009 to 2015.

Kathrine McClenny
Commercial Loan Officer
Kathrine brings over 35 years of banking experience to the FCCB team. She’s held senior positions in financial institutions across the Four Corners, and has expertise in lending, operations management, and customer advocacy.
Kathrine was born in Emporia, Kansas, where she attended Emporia State University. Her family spent the summers of her youth visiting Creede, Colorado and the upper Rio Grande. The rugged beauty of Colorado’s mountains inspired Kathrine and her husband Mike to move to Durango, Colorado in 1982, where they raised two children.
When she isn’t in the office, Kathrine loves to experience all that Southwest Colorado has to offer. She enjoys the culinary arts and exploring the great outdoors. Above all, she cherishes her time with her family and her dogs.
Over the years, Kathrine has volunteered her time with many non-profits in our area. She’s served with the United Way of Southwest Colorado, De Colores Civitan, the Durango Chamber of Commerce, Operation Healthy Communities, Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County, and Young Bankers of Colorado as a leader promoting financial literacy programs.
